Questions
One client in one test. A test in Apple Mail iPhone and Apple Mail Mac uses two previews. Light and dark of the same client count once. Previews that fail aren't counted.
Apple Mail is drawn in WebKit, the engine Apple Mail itself uses, so layout and dark mode come out close. Simulated previews are always labelled, so you never mistake one for a real inbox screenshot.
Tests, including your HTML and screenshots, are deleted automatically 30 days after you run them (90 days on Pro). You can delete any test yourself sooner, and deleting your account removes everything straight away.
Yes. Every account gets a private test address. Send a test from Mailchimp, Klaviyo or any platform to it, and it appears in your dashboard as a test within a minute, exactly as the platform sent it. It's included on the Real inbox and Pro plans, and for everyone during early access.
